Professional Learning

Professional learning opportunities are organised by the Curriculum Services team throughout the year.

Information on cross-curricular PL will appear on this page.  Information on learning area or course specific PL can also be found on the various learning area pages.

 

Years 11 and 12 – December 2018 – Statewide Professional Learning Day for courses new in 2019.

Curriculum Services is providing a program of professional learning to support teachers from all sectors intending to deliver the following courses in 2019.

Please note some of these course have been accredited by TASC, others are currently proposed.

  • Preliminary Access to Work – Preliminary to Level 1*
  • Preliminary English – Preliminary to Level 1*
  • Preliminary Health and Physical Education – Preliminary to Level 1*
  • Preliminary Humanities – Preliminary to Level 1*
  • Preliminary Mathematics – Preliminary to Level 1*
  • Preliminary Science – Preliminary to Level 1*
  • Preliminary Technologies – Preliminary to Level 1*
  • Preliminary The Arts – Preliminary to Level 1*
  • Workplace Maths*
  • Engineering Design – Level 2 (accredited in 2018)
  • First Nations Studies – Level 3*
